Excellent for softening tightness caused by heavy animal food consumption and for relaxing the body and muscles. It is especially beneficial for softening the pancreas and helping to stabilize blood sugar levels. A small cup may be taken daily or every other day, especially in the mid- to late afternoon. It will satisfy the desire for a sweet taste and help reduce cravings for simple sugars and other stronger sweets.
Use equal amounts of 4 sweet vegetables(onions, cabbage, sweet winter squash/pumpkin, and carrots), finely chopped. In the source pan, place the vegetables in layer. The bottom layer is onion, 2nd layer is cabbage, 3rd layer is squash and the top layer is carrots. Then pour the 4 times amount of filtered water gently. Bring to boil uncovered for up to 3 min., reduce the flame to low, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Strain the vegetable from the broth. Drink the broth only.
No seasoning is used in this recipe. You may keep this drink in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days, but should be warmed again or allowed to return to room temperature before drinking.
