Do you have cold hands and cold feet? Poor circulation is very often a silent killer since its symptoms may be overlooked for years😓 Some may experience numbness or pain from time to time, and not realize that all these are symptoms of poor circulation that can have very serious complications if not addressed. Especially, low temperatures cause your blood vessels and arteries to narrow, restricting blood flow and reducing oxygen to the heart. Your heart must pump harder to circulate blood through the constricted blood vessels. As a result, your blood pressure and your heart rate increase. The resulting impaired circulation of blood flow from the leg back towards the heart can manifest in unattractive varicose or bulging veins, swollen legs, or even developing dangerous blood clots causing serious health problems like heart attacks or strokes.
So, what can we do to prevent? In Japan, over the centuries, the Japanese have enjoyed slipping into bed on cold winter nights with a simple warming device called Yutanpo. It's a gentle way to stay warm, and environmentally friendly as well. Yutanpo is a snap to use. Take enough heated water (60 to 70 degrees Celsius) to fill Yutanpo about two-thirds full. Wrap it in a thick cloth so it won't come in contact with the skin, then put it between the sheets. You'll be warm and cozy all night, and the water will still be warm in the morning, ready to use to wash your face or the breakfast dishes.
There are many kinds of Yutanpo you can find at Japanese stores. As for me, I use handmade artisan pottery Yutanpo which was made in Japan. It is a little heavy and has a risk of cracking, but the warmth of the ceramic is very gentle and comfy. When you have menstrual cramps, you can simply put it on your belly for a few minutes, and you feel instant relieve. Instead of taking pills, you can slip Yutanpo in your bed. It's all good💕
Here's the info. about Yutanpo I use. .
When you use Yutanpo, you need to be careful for avoiding low temperature burn injury! Make sure you wrap Yutanpo with heavy thick clothes.
